¿Cómo te sientes en este momento? ¿te sientes motivado en tu lugar de trabajo, o en tu relación de pareja, ejerciendo tu maternidad o paternidad, en tus estudios, en tu negocio? ¿Cómo te sientes? ¿Cuál dirías que es tu nivel de motivación?

Si en alguna área de tu vida o varias sientes que algo te falta y no te sientes al 100% motivado, es buen momento para reflexionar sobre que cambios, mejoras, crecimiento, logros quisieras ver en cada área de tu vida ¿Qué deseas? ¿Cuáles son tus sueños? ¿Cómo sería tu mejor visión de ti en cada una de esas áreas? ¿Qué quieres lograr?
